What's coming up in Mystery Season?
America’s Book of Secrets Hosted by film and television star Lance Reddick, ‘Book of Secrets’ is a new series that asks the question: ‘What if there is a book that serves as a repository for America’s most closely guarded secrets?’
The USA’s story can be told in many ways. While much of the history of the country is well documented and widely available, there is another deeper history, one that has been shrouded in secrecy and hidden from public view; these are the stories that Sky HISTORY will reveal.
Craig Charles: UFO Conspiracies Craig Charles, the BBC 6 Music Radio DJ, star of Red Dwarf and Coronation Street, hosts the show alongside world renowned space journalist astrophysicist, and award-winning author Sarah Cruddas. Craig Charles: UFO Conspiracies follows sci-fi favourite and long-time UFO enthusiast Craig and astrophysicist Sarah as they scrutinise compelling evidence relating to some of the most perplexing UFO encounters of recent years, revealing never before heard testimony to separate fact from fiction and ask: are the unexplained aerial phenomena prowling our skies extra-terrestrial?
The UnXplained on Sky HISTORY explores the world’s most fascinating, strange and inexplicable mysteries. Have you ever wondered how people survive the seemingly un-survivable? Or why the brain is even more powerful than we’ve dared to realise, with a whole range of sensory abilities and skills which we are only just beginning to tap into? Join William Shatner on his journey into the strange and fascinating.
Curse of Oak Island Rick, Marty and the Oak Island team, including fan favourite, Gary Drayton are back for the biggest season yet – bringing with them more determination, resources and technology than ever in their quest to solve the 224-year old treasure mystery. After seismic testing conducted at the end of last season revealed a possible sunken ship buried in the triangle-shaped swamp, the team will use sonic core drilling, strategic dives and finally a historic big dig to find out what could be buried below.
