Roy Garber

Roy sadly passed away on 17 January 2014 aged 49. Our thoughts go out to the friends and family of Roy Garber. He will be sorely missed.

Roy was a serious jack-of-all-trades, and a major know-it-all. From TIG welding to catching alligators, he seemed to have experience with everything and never found a load or situation he couldn't tackle (and wasn't afraid to tell you so).

One of the top earners in the country, Roy started Arbie's Team Transport after raising his son, Travis, by himself for over 18 years. As a master tradesman, Roy supported his son by running a small home building and remodeling company. With his son's graduation near, Roy made shipping a full-time job and passion. An avid fisherman and master scuba diver, he sometimes headed to the deep waters of the Gulf Coast in pursuit of the largest shark he could find.
